While some of our clients bring their own floor plans, many people are happy to choose from our wide range of new home floor plans. Choosing one of our floor plans saves you the expense of hiring an architect, but still allows you to make adjustments and customize the interior and exterior of your new home. Plans include a ranch style, traditional 2-story homes, cathedral ceilings, first floor owner’s suite, custom kitchens, spa bathrooms, and more.
